How to re-position the existing branding of a small estate agent, whilst adding in some local character to create a new agent board.

Working with a local illustrator our vision was to incorporate a street scene from the catchment area to bring in some character whilst keeping the rest of the board clean and contemporary using the existing brand colours. The resulting agent board is unique, distinct and quite unlike anything in the area and lays the foundation for a wider brand re-positioning project.
